This policy explains what information bitcoincasinosaus.com collects when you visit, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
bitcoincasinosaus.com is operated by BitcoinCasinosAUS ("we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy, email [email protected].
What We Collect
We collect as little as we can to run the site.
- Server logs: like every website, our host records basic request data such as your IP address, the page requested, the referring site, your browser and the time. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
- Affiliate clicks: when you click a "Visit" button, the /go/ redirect appears in the same server logs, with the time of the click.
- Messages you send us: your email address, name if you give it, and the content of your message.
We do not ask for, and do not want, your casino account details, wallet seed phrases, private keys or ID documents. Never send them to us.
Cookies and Analytics
bitcoincasinosaus.com does not currently set its own cookies, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy before any tracking goes live and list each cookie, its purpose and how long it lasts.
| Cookie type | Set by us? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | No | The site works without cookies |
| Analytics | No | No analytics service is installed |
| Affiliate | No | A partner casino may set its own cookies once you reach its site; see its own policy |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. Click one and sign up with a casino, and that casino may pay us a commission. The casino may set its own cookies once you reach its site, and its privacy policy then applies, not ours.
We do not receive your casino account details, deposits or play history from partners. At most, partners report aggregated sign-ups and activity linked to our referral code. Using those links is also subject to our terms of use.
How We Use Your Information
- to run, secure and improve the site
- to reply to your messages and act on corrections
- to measure clicks to partner sites and reconcile commissions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider (Hostinger), under their own data protection terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Storage and Security
Data is stored with our service providers, which may be located outside Australia. We keep contact emails for up to 24 months, then delete them. Server logs are kept for the period our host sets.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact bitcoincasinosaus.com at [email protected] and we will reply within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the privacy authority where you live.
Age
This site is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the site or our providers change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
